This week Amanda chats with Alli Webb, founder of Drybar, the salon franchise that focuses solely on blowouts. Since its founding in 2010, Drybar has gown to over 100 locations in the US and Canda, and its product line is carried in major retailers like Sephora and Ulta.
“I don’t think there’s any real balance…it’s like minute by minute and some days we do better than others. But I do think it’s important to figure out a time for me anyways, I have to carve out some time to do stuff that makes me feel good. “
