They talk about what luxury means, particularly in the online space, and how to infuse a sense of luxury into your brand in order to position yourself as an authority in your niche.
“A lot of people think, you know, when they hear luxury, they think of Louis Vuitton and Chanel and they think of these big labels and whatnot for fashion, that is. But when it comes to your personal brand, there’s ways to be a luxury brand without being at that level. Right. Because a lot of people think that it’s just price point that equates to luxury. And that’s actually not the case. So I mentioned it before, but your customer service and experience and white glove experience is quite literally everything.”
